Shipping & Returns

All masks are handmade to order. Please check the Mask page for updated timings. All masks are sent out as standard shipping. 
*Australia post are currently experiencing delays, so please allow extra time for delivery.
You will not be able to exchange or return a mask due to hygiene.   

Postage for orders under $50 is a flat rate of $10. Orders for and above $50 is free. Postage is only available in Australia.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange or return for store credit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product with a note of reason and we'll be happy to help. There are no cash refunds at this point, only exchanges or store credit. All items must be returned in unused condition. The individual is responsible for return shipping costs. For any damaged items due to shipping please notify us within 5 days of receiving, along with a photo of the item and we'll gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you at our cost or give you store credit.
